Refund Policy
At H World, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. This refund policy complies with Shopify's terms and conditions and current European regulations.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, except in cases provided for by law (see section 2).
To exercise this right, you must contact us by email before the 14-day period expires.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Non-Returnable Products)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
• Cosmetic, hygiene, or beauty products that have been opened, used, or unsealed
• Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery
• Eyelash extension glues, removers, serums, and eyelash treatments once they have been opened
• Professional products intended for aesthetic use
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and health protection, these products cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
Specific Clause – Eyelash Extensions & Related Products
Products related to eyelash extensions (glues, removers, kits, accessories, tweezers, serums) are considered hygiene and/or professional products.
Therefore:
• No returns or refunds will be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or tested.
• Results may vary depending on the technique, experience, or conditions of use: this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• H World is not liable for improper use of the product.
Return Conditions (Eligible Products Only)
A return can only be accepted if:
• The product is unused.
• The product is unopened.
• The packaging is intact and in perfect condition.
• The return is requested within 14 days of receipt.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
All returns must be requested in advance by email.
Return Procedure

• The product in question
• The reason for the return (optional)
Returns made without prior authorization will not be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
• You will be notified by email whether the refund has been accepted or refused.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is 5 to 10 business days.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a product that is:
• Defective
• Damaged upon receipt
• Does not match your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer you a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
