Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Delivery (France only)
We offer reliable delivery throughout France via our logistics partners.
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package.
Express Delivery
Express delivery options are available at an additional cost. Available methods and prices are displayed at checkout.
International Delivery
Currently, H World does not offer international delivery. We are working on expanding our services.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free for all orders over €50 in France.
The discount is automatically applied at checkout. Orders with free shipping are shipped via the most economical method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days before contacting us.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or periods of high demand.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will inform you whether the refund has been accepted or denied.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos. Order Cancellation and Modification
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of confirmation.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes are possible.
Holiday Delays
During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, etc.), processing and delivery times may be longer.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Rates may vary depending on the weight and size of the package.
Some orders may require additional verification.
